Janke Sued Again :) :) :)

Steve Janke is a loose cannon. This new lawsuit brought by former MP Blair Wilson isn't the first, nor will it be the last. Steve Janke seems to have no respect or understanding for libel laws, but I suspect he'll have more experience in the area shortly.

Janke is asking for donations again to help pay for lawyers' fees. I wonder, Steve, after the last time you were successfully sued and had to aplogize and retract, did you return your fees to your doners? You're making yourself out to the an innocent being attacked by a big bad former parliamentarian. If you admit again this time, as you did last time, that the lawsuit has merit, will you return all the donations you have recieved?

Or maybe you think people like being tricked into giving money to a person who is actually a turd who libels others to attract blog traffic?

At least when Ezra Levant, another Tory blowhard, is the subject of legal proceedings for which he solicits donations on his website HE WINS. Steve Janke LOSES. Ezra has a leg to stand on to argue that he should be compensated for his fees; Janke has none. Experience shows us that he can't back up the unfounded and derogatory things he says on his blog - and that will cost him.

He even rhetorically asks his readers "why me?" As if to suggest 1. that he doesn't' know, and 2. that it could have been anyone. Well, Steve, I suggest you know full well "why you." It's in the documents you've been served with initiating this legal action. And if Wilson's lawyers are worth their salt, you've known for some time since you should have received a "Notice of Libel."

Do us all a favour Steve. Stop acting like you don't know. Stop pretending to be an unwitting innocent. And stop asking for donations to fight legal actions that you lose - because the lies you tell on your website actually are actionable.
